Although I'm not banded anymore, I always dealt with a tight band in the morning that got looser throughout the day...with the most looseness happening at night. I'd have to fight self-control to not overeat after 8pm!<br /><br />Lemme tell ya, though, getting so tight (or having your band slip) to the point where you have heartburn is NO FUN. You absolutely don't want to get to that. Is it easy to make quick appointments with your doctor? Perhaps you could get a fill, then be prepared to go in a week later for a slight unfill if necessary? I know that finding the "green zone" could be as small as a 0.1mL difference in the band!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
