I was spoiled

Well I had a fill yesterday. .25 of a cc I can feel it. I am sticking to liquids and mushies for a few days. I had lipton chicken noodle soup and eat the noodles and that was not good.. I felt them there all night. It has been a lot better today so that is good. This fill I am hoping puts me where I need to be. My surgeon was worried that my port had flipped and that it has come unstitched from my muscle wall because it is moving around sooo much. But she only had to poke me 4 times no bruising so that is great..

Soo onto why I am spoiled. I have an awesome hubby who surprised me with a Ipad for my birthday. My birthday is not till Oct 14 but yeah he spoiled me or like I like to say I am well loved not spoiled. So that is what I am trying to blog with tonight.. I love it. Is really all I really have to say about that..

I also received a phone call and I got the job I interviewed for a few weeks back.. I am the new counselor at the elementary school.. I can not believe it. I am having some self doubting going through my head and how am I going to balance all this but there is a part of me saying yes I can do this.. Anyways that is all for tonight.. Hope this works and everyone is having a good almost weekend. Long weekend for us as kids have a pro d day..

    Awesome! Everytime I go into the campus bookstore, they have Ipads on display for demonstration and they are SO much fun to play with. They are really much easier to type on than I ever thought... Lucky girl :)

    That's awesome - congratulations on the job! You'll be great - and you are absolutely right, you can do this. Yes, it's a lot to juggle but you do it all so well now that with a little time to get used to it, it'll be like nothing changed! That's my prediction. :)

    And congrats on the ipad. That's awesome - I hope you enjoy!

    BIG congratulations on the job (me too) & iPad (not me... boo!).
    I was a little concerned my port had flipped too, but the last 2 times, my doc has accessed it w/ no problems, so... perhaps it was just a fluke. I hop the same for you!
