My band is soo no exsitent. I need a fill soooo bad. I cant even tell that it is there. This weekend has been a bad start to the weekend. I promise to be back on track starting monday. We are having turkey here tomorrow so no point starting tonight or tomorrow.
I am going to try the high protein low carb approach. I really want to hit my goal weight. I feel I have been hanging around 220 for far tooo long. I want to move on.
