Well a little late but better then not doing it at all. Meals Danactive, Greek yogurt, 1/4c granola, 1/2 c strawberries Lunch Spinach cucumbers and roasted chicken breast about 3-4 ounces of it. Dinner Protein bar and 2 ounces left over chicken Snacks Grapefruit Granola I had my daily vitamins and upped my vitamin c as I may have strep throat. Yuck Exercise according to my bug my heart rate was in activity mode for 15 mins. I am happy with that as I feel like crap.
