I did it 60 gone for good

I am so happy with myself. There is so many stressful things going on right now.. We are back in Merritt because my mother inLaw is back in hospital because she passed out due to blood loss. Long Long story but my father inlaw was also in hospital because he was having shortness of breath. This with also trying to figure out moving and also our family reunion I just do not know what way to turn.. I bought some tincture skullcap and valarian root because I have become an anxious bag of worms. I can barely sleep and during the day I have this feeling in the pit of my stomach like a roller coaster is in there. Crazy stuff so really hoping and praying this settles down..

Band news I am down 60 lbs and feel great about that. A small victory in all this craziness so I will take it. I also have a NSV I went shopping in Walmart for jeans and went to the plus size and they had noooo jeans. LIke come on... So I found some Lee rider jeans in an 18 I thought what the heck try those suckers on.. Low and behold they went on.. Tight I might add but on non the less.. Crazy.. I feel they are too tight but hubby says they look good.. Will start wearing them after I lose another 5-10 lbs..

I had a fill today turns out I had 6 ccs in and not 5 so she gave me .5 ccs and feel like that was a little aggressive I asked for only .2 I am scared after all my past issues. So I am going to do the liquids and mushies longer then normal so I do not have any issues.. Like tonight I had cream of brocoli soup and I am still feeling ok 3 hours later. Crazy.. I only eat 1/4 of it so will be extra cautious no pain or stuckness just got full easy. But hey isn't that what the band is suppose to do right???

I will post pictures of my 60 lbs loss next week I am scheduled for a cut and color and hoping to get a new outfit tomorrow...
