Feeling good

So this unfill did it. I feel good again. Kind of hungry like I want to eat everything but I do feel restriction and get full fast.. So that is awesome... Will see now when I need a fill. How crazy is that..

Anyways off to Kamloops to watch a movie with my kiddies.. Enjoying this beautiful weather..
