I am back to losing

So I have been away for a bit. I guess I was feeling like I was not getting the support I was looking for on here. I know everyone is busy. I was just feeling sorry for myself.

What is new? Lots I guess. I am keeping around 225 my band is at 5 ccs now. I will be going in hopefully January 11 for a fill. Man I can eat everything.. I have a bit of restriction in the morning but the rest of the day I can get everything and anything down.

I have made a goal for this year and I am going to keep a weekly record on here for accountability on my meals and on my work out. My two goals are to lose 40 lbs and hike to the top of chief mountain in Squamish, BC.

How I plan on succeeding is I have re-subscribed to my bodybugg I will walk 5000 steps a day and I will do some form of exercise 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 mins. I think that is realistic.

I can do this exercise in all forms: walk, bike, run on the treadmill, or my hubby got me the new xbox kinect. I have the rumba game and a new Jillian Michaels as well.

I also go into the wellness centre to start on a high protein meal plan. I am really working on being motivated.

I am also going to post my weigh in's every wednesday to keep up the accountability.

  1. So glad to see you post! Sounds like you are working on a plan and that's what counts. Hope the fill this month gets you where you need to be.
