Here is the goods:::::

Here is my new watch. It is the polar F11. I need to take this bad boy out and use it. HMMM how does everyone else you it. DO you have it on all day or what???
I also bought a Tanita scale. Love it. Hope that it keeps the right weight. It was hard to find but found it at a Fitness Depot.
This is my bosu ball. I love hate this thing. I need to get my core built up because dang I have a hard time just standing on it. SO I have been practicing just standing on it and then kind of like walking on it.. I will get it beat. LOL
SO I have also started to be smart about my left overs. I have little individual containers and have started to freeze them. This will stop me from buying individual meals. Lunch is the hard meal of the day for me because the kids are not home and I just do not know what to make. I also hate cooking all day long. SO this has really helped. So below is supper. We had whole wheat and spinich noodles. I fried up itailian sausage, red peppers, onions, and then throw in reduced fat cream cheese and pesto sauce. Can I say yummy. I also topped it with feta cheese. That is about a 1 cup serving which is what I eat tonight.
In this nice little container is a chunk of turkey meatloaf that I used Amy. W's recipe but like her made my own adaptions to it. It is loaded with a lot of different veggies. It comes with half cup mashed potatoes and organic chicken gravy. It was delicious..
I have been trying to add a new veggie everyone couple weeks. I tried parsnips in my stew and have started to add things like leak to my meals. I also have been using cauliflower just for variation..

I am making an oath not to check my weight till friday. It is so hard because I really want there to be a loss to add to my little ticker. It will move I have faith. Sucky that Easter is just around the corner because now there is the little eggs in the house. YOu know the ones those yummy chocolate ones. If I could just eat one and be happy with it then I would but you all probably know how that goes.

Tomorrow I am dragging my hubby out for a hike. So excited going to drag out my watch as well. Have a wonderful night all my blogger buddies..

  1. Love the polar HR watch!!! You have inspired me to get mine out of the drawer... Yours is snazy and sassy.. mines the basic model I think!

Love the idea about the food I have been doing kinda the same.. I tend to freeze in zip lock bags so I dont run out of room in my freezer! They are great for soups!

Thanks for the fitness inspiration xxxx

  2. Try the bosu ball on the other side until you get used to it.

I love the polar...I can't wait to hear what you think about it. I'll probably be looking into HR watches soon.

Ugh...the food looks and sounds sooooo good!

    And last but not least...

I just nominated you for an award...check out my blog when you get the chance.

  3. A couple of questions, if you don't mind. How do you wear the F11? Under your clothes - over? Trying to figure out how I'd wear it during work.

Also, I have tried wheat pasta and hate it. Is it something that you learn to like or do you have a particular brand that's better than others?

    Thanks for sharing.

  4. Those scales look cool! I think I might go for that brand next time I need a new set. I'm intrigued by the bosu ball as well. I only saw them for the first time yesterday.. might look more into it because I need to work on my core badly..

  5. When I could exercise heaps (am injured) I used my polar all the time...love it as a tool to make sure I use my workout time to get the maximum from it. The bosu is great too but I use it with the ball side down (do you?) Try squats and pushups wwith them too. Love your ideas about freezing. I need to do that as I waste a bit of food atm....thanks for all that...love dit
