Doing it

I had another great day today. I took all my vitamins eat what I planned on eating and still went for a 3 km walk with 4 of my office buddies. I am over 6ooo steps and can not wait to get it up to 10000 a day... I can do it..

I need to get over the sugar cravings. I sure get those. LOL..

So food today

Breakfast Ideal protein drink
lunch Chicken and spinach salad
snack fresh veggies half of protein bar
supper salmon asparagus and salad with strawberries and feta

Great day all in just 1000 calories..
