Down in the dumps

Ok enough is enough. I need to get out to this dark hole before I leave the serenity of size 16's and go on up to 18's or 20's. I am still wearing the same clothes so I can get this train back on track. I will be starting tomorrow high protein low carb plan. I also will be doing some form of exercise starting tomorrow. I have to cause I am going to start to lose this battle and that can be scary. Enough chips, chocolate, pasta, bread, pastry and whatever else has been driving my body crazy. Why do I shovel these things into my body. I know that it makes me feel yucky and down right disgusting and yet I do it. I have one more week of holidays this summer so this is where the challenge will lie. I need to be accountable and need to post on here what I eat everyday. I need to do this until I am at an adequate fill. Hope everyone is doing well. I need to come back on here full time for support. Talk with you all tomorrow at the end of the day. Tomorrow I need to step back on the scale and start from there.. I do not want to be one of the stats for lapband. I do not want to gain this weight back...

  1. If you do what you've just laid out, you should be fine. Do not beat yourself up...just move forward. If you were going to be another lapband statistic, you would not be blogging! We are here for you Michelle, you can finish what you've started.

  2. With determination like yours you can't fail. And if you take a little longer than others, so what? I'm still on my sabbatical I'm afraid, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it.

  3. Just remember how hard you worked to get where you are. We all have our moments when food takes over, but remember how good you feel at this weight. Ask for support when you need it.

  4. Just keep doing what you're doing. If you have a smartphone, get the myfitnesspal app and keep track of your calories that way... that REALLY helps me.

Sometimes we have to diet even with the band, but I know you'll see immediate results if you get back to doing what you need to do. And KEEP blogging! :)
